Specialization course in Restoration and Conservation of Stone and Mosaic at the “Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro” (ISCR) in Rome, Italy.
1997 – 2000
Studies of Restoration and Conservation at the “Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro” (ISCR) in Rome, Italy. My studies focused on the conservation and restoration of painted surfaces, including walls (al fresco and al secco), canvas (oil paint), and wooden panels and sculptures (tempera/oil paint). The program also covered a range of other courses, including Art History, History of Painting Techniques, History of Conservation and Restoration, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Photography, Documentation, and Legal Studies applied to the Arts. The program included a mix of practical work in the laboratories, theory lessons, and practical experiences at various sites.
Master’s degree in Fine Art:
1990 – 1994
I studied at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Rome, Italy, with a focus on painting. Along with painting, I also completed courses in Art History, Anatomy, Etching Techniques, Pedagogy, Design, and History of Etchings.

International Baccalaureat Bilingual Diploma (English and Swedish) at the ”Alberdink Thijm College”, in Hilversum, Holland.
